REFUND & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
FRAMEWORK FOR TRIALS, RECURRING BILLING, AND 72-HOUR GRACE PERIOD REFUNDS
01.SaaS Subscription Architecture & 7-Day Unrestricted Trial
Cognicore NeuroSystems operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription platform. To ensure complete empirical evaluation before financial commitment, every newly registered practitioner is granted an unrestricted 7-day Free Trial encompassing the entire suite of diagnostic tools and the NeuroDraft report synthesis engine.
Upon trial registration, payment authorization is secured. Upon the lapse of exactly 168 hours (7 calendar days), the recurring fee for the selected billing tier (monthly or annual) is automatically processed unless the subscription is explicitly canceled within the specialist terminal before trial expiration.
02.The Final Sale Principle for Digital Capacity
Due to the instantaneous allocation of dedicated cloud computing resources, local cache pipelines, and proprietary CDSS diagnostic matrix bandwidth upon payment execution, all subscription transactions post-trial are deemed final and non-refundable except under defined regulatory grace periods.
03.The 72-Hour Conditional Grace Period Refund Protocol
In alignment with highest consumer protection benchmarks, the Company provides a 72-Hour Conditional Grace Period post-billing:
- Zero-Consumption Prerequisite: A full refund is executed if requested within 72 hours of transaction processing, provided the Licensee consumed zero NeuroDraft compilation tokens during this window.
- Verified Server Infrastructure Outages: Refund claims are honored when server-side logs substantiate continuous Platform cloud infrastructure downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
- Application Protocol: Claims must be lodged via support@cognicoreneuro.systems with transaction references. Claims are resolved within 24 business hours.
04.Dispute & Chargeback Prevention Governance
Filing fraudulent bank chargebacks without prior consultation with the support desk results in immediate account suspension and submission of audit trail logs to the financial arbitration network.
