PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY
STANDARD FOR CLIENT-SIDE DATA ISOLATION AND DE-IDENTIFICATION
01.General Provisions & Client-Side Architecture
This Privacy Policy sets forth the technical protocols and legal boundaries governing how Cognicore NeuroSystems processes diagnostic and psychometric input data during software operation.
The platform is built on client-side data isolation. The company does not store, index, or aggregate Protected Health Information (PHI) on central servers. All operations comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and applicable privacy mandates.
02.Categories of Diagnostic Data Processed
During report synthesis and calculation routines, the software operates exclusively on de-identified test scores and parameters entered by the clinician:
- Assessment Scores & Deficit Ratings: Quantitative scores and qualitative error indicators across attention, memory, gnosis, praxis, and executive functions.
- Screening Metrics: Numerical totals from standardized instruments (MoCA, MMSE, GDS, etc.).
- Neuroimaging Parameters: Lesion topography and vascular territory tags used as computational constraints.
- De-identified Anamnesis Markers: Time elapsed since injury, educational level, and handedness, detached from natural persons.
03.Client-Side Processing of Personal Data
Direct identifiers (full name, medical record numbers, dates of birth) reside solely in the transient memory of the client browser.
Exported files (PDF, DOCX) are generated locally via browser routines and stored on the user’s device. Central calculation servers receive solely de-identified numerical vectors.
04.Export Procedures & User Responsibility
The platform automatically purges personal identifiers from URL parameters and file metadata upon export.
The specialist remains responsible for ensuring that personal patient identifiers are not manually typed into unrestricted free-text clinical description fields prior to external transmission.
05.Exercising Data Subject Rights
Since no central database of individual patient profiles is maintained, local cache clearing on the practitioner’s device removes all session data. Compliance inquiries: legal@cognicoreneuro.systems.
